Job Description

Job Title: Bitumen Plant Supervisor Location: Jabalpur (Manegaon) Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates) Work Timing: Full-time position Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Preference for ITI certification) Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the bitumen plant and ensure smooth production. Monitor plant equipment and machinery for optimal performance and maintenance. Manage and train plant operators and technicians to ensure high productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, quality control, and environmental standards. Oversee inventory management and coordinate material procurement. Troubleshoot plant issues and manage maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Maintain production, maintenance, and safety logs. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective plant operations. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of bitumen plant operations and equipment. Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Ability to handle plant emergencies and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols. Good communication and leadership skills.
