Plant Simulation - Siemens - Logistics Flow

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure the monitoring of the planning, deliverables of the simulation projects, define and apply some action plan to reach the targets.

• Programming Skills in Simtalk is mandatory

• Create/Update based on the lay out, start model and input data's provided by EE VPE teams, and based on Stellantis standards and best know how: The block models of the vehicle flows and The simulation on specific processes portion and The simulation on specific logistics flows
• Provide the technical documentation (Presentation, simulation model, Spreadsheets, video files,..) from the result of the flow simulations
• Handover the results, the models and simulation to the EE simulation team

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of in-plant logistics and vehicle flow.
• Must have 1 - 2 Years of experience in Automotive OEM.
• Knowledge about vehicle Shop production processes, main production and maintenance KPIs.
• Plant simulation software from Siemens (Mandatory),(Coding Knowledge is mandatory).
• Communicate effectively and work in collaboration with all customers, suppliers and plant staffs.
