The job involves monitoring reciprocating compressor and Gas Gathering Station (GGS) parameters periodically to identify and report any deviations. You will be responsible for timely reporting of incidents, performing glycol make up, oil top up, GGS start-up, and shutdown activities. Understanding and operating the control system in the Gas Gathering Station is essential. You will need to have working knowledge of process safety management tools such as HAZOP, HAZID, RCA, and coordinate job planning with the maintenance team. Issuing permits, coordinating with pigging and wellhead teams, and ensuring trouble-free GGS operation are also part of the responsibilities. Skills and competencies required for this role include expertise in plant shutdown and start-up activities, particularly in GDU and reciprocating compressor operations. Familiarity with oil and gas operation codes and standards, as well as gas power generation and distribution systems, is important. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering (BE/B Tech) and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in oil and gas wells operations.,
