Plant Nursery Assistant ( female)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Female Plant Nursery Assistant to help with the daily care and maintenance of plants at our nursery. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gardening and plants, and be willing to work outdoors in a physically active role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Watering, weeding, and pruning plants regularly.
• Potting, planting, and replanting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Assisting with soil preparation, mixing fertilizers, and composting.
• Keeping the nursery area clean, organized, and free from pests.
• Arranging plants for display and helping with loading/unloading.
• Assisting customers with basic plant care advice and purchases.
• Reporting plant health issues or damages to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening tools, and plant care.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Punctual, hardworking, and reliable.
• Prior experience in a plant nursery or gardening is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
