Role Overview: As a Plant Head in PU Footwear Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of the manufacturing plant. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and ensuring optimum daily operations to meet production targets. You will also be in charge of managing production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and implementing measures to reduce inefficiencies, downtime, and wastage. Additionally, you will lead, train, and manage the workforce to ensure the smooth functioning of the plant while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the entire operations of the manufacturing plant. - Plan, organize, and ensure optimum daily operations to meet production targets. - Manage production activities, ensuring quality standards. - Identify and implement measures to reduce inefficiencies, downtime, and wastage. - Lead, train, and manage the workforce to ensure smooth functioning of the plant. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. - Coordinate with production planning and ensure timely order execution. Qualification Required: - Graduate or Diploma - Proven experience in handling PU footwear manufacturing process and plant operations. - Strong knowledge of end-to-end footwear production, machinery handling, and workforce management.
