You will be part of the Plant Analytics and Optimization team, focusing on Advanced Process Control (APC) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). We are currently expanding our MES and APC practice and seeking individuals with 4-15 years of experience in this field. As an Engineer, you should have 4-6 years of experience, as a Lead Engineer 7-10 years, and as a Program Director 11-15 years. Your primary responsibilities will include applying your expertise in plant digitalization, optimization, APC, and MES to enhance plant operations. You should possess a deep understanding of how software optimization and data systems can be leveraged in plant environments. Experience in participating in Digital rollout programs within plants that have yielded significant business benefits is highly desirable. Direct experience with leading APC and MES platforms will be considered a strong advantage. Initially, all positions will be based in India, with the possibility of selected positions transitioning to our offices in Europe and the Middle East based on performance and customer requirements.
