Plant Coordination Department

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Plant Coordinator to join our Plant Coordination department at Venus Remedies Limited. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. This position involves coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, monitoring quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Plant Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and the timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling

  : Coordinate and assist in the creation of production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand, regulatory requirements, and plant capacity.
  

• Inventory Management

  : Oversee raw materials and finished product inventory, ensuring that adequate supplies are available without excess stock or shortages.
  

• Supply Chain Coordination

  : Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials and finished goods, including managing logistics and transportation.
  

• Quality Control Support

  : Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company-specific quality control procedures.
  

• Regulatory Compliance

  : Ensure adherence to local and international regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.), ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and maintained.
  

• Documentation and Reporting

  : Maintain accurate production and inventory records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare regular reports on plant performance and production metrics.
  

• Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution

  : Identify potential production or supply chain bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams to address any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to production timelines.
  

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  : Work closely with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Research & Development, and Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and support in achieving plant goals.
  

• Continuous Improvement

  : Participate in initiatives aimed at improving plant efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Suggest process improvements and support their implementation
