Position: Head Automation - Rolling Mills Experience: Minimum 7-10 Years Education Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Instrumentation) Key Responsibilities: Ensure environment, health, and safety at the workplace with zero harm, zero discharge, and zero waste. Sound knowledge of all PLCs and HMIs and other Automation systems of Mills and ensure that they are operational and healthy. Adherence to compliance of scheduled preventive maintenance and preparedness for critical Breakdowns. Ensure uptime & consumption cost in line with the Mill KPIs. Ensuring the right quality of Maintenance activities and Analysis. Spares Planning, documentation & Drawing. Innovation & Idea Generation and Implementation.
