Job Title: Interior Designer Assistant (Helping Hand to Senior Designer) About Us Plansys India is a fast-growing interior design and project execution firm based in Indore. We specialize in residential interiors, kitchens, and wardrobes, delivering elegant and functional spaces for our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Senior Interior Designer in day-to-day tasks. Role Overview The Interior Designer Assistant will work closely with the Senior Designer to ensure smooth workflow, timely project execution, and high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between design and execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Designer in preparing design concepts, presentations, and mood boards. Support in 2D drawings, 3D renders, and material selection. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution. Take site measurements, maintain project documentation, and update progress reports. Follow up with suppliers for samples, quotations, and timely deliveries. Ensure all design details are implemented accurately on site. Handle administrative design tasks such as scheduling client meetings, preparing BOQs, and filing drawings. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. 0–2 years of experience (freshers with good software skills are welcome). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
