The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in ERP functional delivery, with at least 5 years of experience in managing global rollouts and support. You will be responsible for leading the full-cycle implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud (or E-Biz) and SAP ECC/S4 modules. Your expertise should include a deep understanding and command of processes related to Plan-Source-Make-Deliver-Finance. In this role, you will be hands-on with activities such as cut-over, data migration using tools like FBDI, ADFdi, LTMC, and keeping up with cloud release schedules. Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, SQL for issue triage, and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting is essential. You should also have a track record of successful vendor governance, budgeting, and effective communication at the executive level. Maintaining Ticket Hygiene for all incident Tickets will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, possessing a certification in Oracle Cloud Financials or SCM is highly preferred. Knowledge of OCI / OIC integrations, tools like GoldenGate, Boomi, and exposure to AIOps/RPA for ticket deflection and automated controls will be advantageous. An Agile-Scrum and DevSecOps mindset will be beneficial for SaaS extension delivery in this role. Your ability to adapt to changing requirements and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.,
