Planogram Specialist

As a Planogram Specialist at AB InBev GCC, you play a critical role in driving excellence, optimizing shelf execution, and improving efficiency and quality through continuous process enhancements and project management. Your main focus is to develop and deliver versioned planograms, collaborate with Market leads, ensure adherence to defined parameters, conduct quality control checks, and identify process improvements. Additionally, you will demonstrate advanced project management skills, act as a key partner to market leads, and enable alignment and consistency in planogram execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions, and approved flow guidelines. - Collaborate with Market leads to ensure planograms adhere to defined parameters and business objectives. - Conduct rigorous quality control checks to confirm planograms meet assortment requirements, visual standards, shelving metrics, and innovation opportunities. - Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and timeliness of deliverables. - Demonstrate advanced project management skills by leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring on-time delivery. - Act as a key partner to market leads across zones, enabling alignment and consistency in planogram execution.
