Job Title FMCG Space Planning Associate | MAF Retail | India Head Office The Associate Space Planning is responsible for the development and maintenance of planograms and product assortments. Responsibilities: Maintain and update all planogram software, templates, and tools to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Ensure proper fixture utilization and manage store layouts to optimize available space. Monitor planogram compliance through audits, photos, and store feedback. Support store teams with accurate planogram documentation and implementation guidelines. Develop and maintain planograms aligned with category strategies, assortment, and customer behavior. Collaborate with category and buying teams to incorporate new products, seasonal changes, and promotions into planograms. Maximize sales and profitability by ensuring optimal space productivity in each category. Track and analyze planogram-driven performance metrics (sales, margin, stock turnover) to identify improvement opportunities.
