Your role and responsibilities Develop and deliver insightful, data-driven reports and dashboards that evaluate the effectiveness of space planning strategies across categories and store formats. Analyze planogram performance and shelf space allocation to support category growth, maximize ROI, and improve in-store execution. Leverage tools like JDA/Blue Yonder, NIQ, Spins, and Circana to extract and interpret data, delivering actionable insights for merchandising and sales leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine space planning initiatives based on data trends, market intelligence, and performance metrics. Monitor key KPIs, SLAs, and customer metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and continuous process improvement. Visualize complex data in a clear, engaging manner using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for both strategic and operational presentations. Ensure accuracy and consistency in planogram data and reporting outputs, supporting both internal stakeholders and external retail partners. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 46 years of experience in space planning analysis, data analytics, or retail reporting roles. Hands-on experience with space planning tools (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder, Apollo Retail), CPG reporting platforms (NIQ, Spins, Circana), and BI tools (Power BI, Excel). In-depth understanding of CPG & retail merchandising strategies, planogram design, and space-to-sales analysis. Preferred technical and professional experience Strong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail or CPG environment.

Overview As Jr. Planogram Analyst deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow. Work closely with Category Management and Space teams to ensure planograms meet approved parameters. Continuously identify opportunities and implement processes to improve quality and timeliness of output. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks regarding: Deliver visually appealing versioned planograms based on store clustering, space definitions and defined flow Conduct planogram quality control ensuring all planograms meet assortment requirements, visual appeal, innovation opportunities and shelving metrics Ensure timelines are met by tracking project process, coordinating activities, and resolving issues Leverage data to allocate right space for right product. Ability to balance against speed of execution and quality of service delivery. Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work. Create an inclusive and collaborative environment. Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals Be a backup for category/region by gaining Process Knowledge and acquiring Category knowledge by participating on all project calls. Actively learn and apply intermediate level of expertise in JDA, MS Excel, all other relevant applications. Seamless interaction and work closely with HBS Project leads. Qualifications 2 - 4 years of experience in Retail or CPG or FMCG Industry. Bachelors Degree ( 3-4 year degree) Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated intermediate-advanced Excel skills necessary Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner. Basic level skill in Microsoft Office. Ability to learn Logical reasoning/Analytical bent of mind. Knowledge of product merchandising or shelf management Highly responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with project teams
