Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst (BA) SAP IBP to lead and support integrated business planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business users and the technical team to deliver best-in-class supply chain planning solutions using SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory). Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for SAP IBP projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP planning processes. Configure and support SAP IBP modules (DP, SP, IO, Control Tower, Response & Supply). Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team for implementation. Lead requirement workshops, gap analysis, fit-gap documentation, and solution design. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities. Support business users post-go-live with issue resolution and continuous improvement. Stay updated on new SAP IBP features/releases and evaluate their fit for business. Work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, manufacturing, sales) to align planning processes. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related fields. 6 10 years of experience in Supply Chain or IT, with at least 3 5 years in SAP IBP. Hands-on experience with SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Optimization . Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration with IBP . Experience in data modeling, key figures, planning views, and master data configuration in IBP. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
