Job Title: Planning Supervisor Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Cable Manufacturing Salary: AED 7,500 per month Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Planning Supervisor to oversee production planning and scheduling activities in our cable manufacturing facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient production while minimizing downtime, optimizing resource utilization, and coordinating closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective production plans and schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity. Coordinate with the production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. Monitor production status daily and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery deadlines. Manage raw material planning, including inventory control and material requirement forecasting. Analyze production performance data and identify areas for process and scheduling improvements. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the ERP system for planning and inventory records. Conduct regular meetings with cross-functional teams to address bottlenecks and improve planning efficiency. Support new product introductions by ensuring alignment of planning processes with product development timelines. Prepare reports on production output, plan adherence, and other KPIs for senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 35 years of planning experience in a cable manufacturing or heavy industrial production environment. Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and scheduling principles. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Overview: We are looking for a Senior Planner who will be working with senior Planning team members to lead the creation of highly integrated marketing campaigns and communication strategies. The Senior Planner, with through-the-line experience (mix of ATL, digital, commerce background preferred) should have experience in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data from all available sources to provide strategic implications and creative inspiration. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate strong and deep experience in digital/social, deep interest in popular culture as well as the ability to develop both brand ideas and integrated GTM plans. Roles & Responsibilities: Incorporate multiple methods (qualitative, quantitative, behavioural and planning) to form an integrated strategy Scour business / brand / marketing / culture for strong insights that may lead to powerful brand/campaign ideas Collaborate with servicing, digital and creative to ensure the quality of the creative brief and briefing process Pro-actively bring big ideas and holistic thinking to client based on tech industry occurrences Perform detailed evaluation of clients business environment including customer needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats Build deep knowledge of diverse customer types (particularly GenZ & Alpha) Learn to work with tools like GWI, Warc, Statista, Comscore, TolunaStart, etc. to uncover deep consumer and audience understanding Participate in creative ideation sessions with clients and internal staff Articulate and present key themes into a compelling story in a beautifully designed presentation. Requirements: Postgraduate in advertising, marketing, communications, business and/or related fields 4-7 years of hands-on mainline or integrated strategy experience Keen interest in technology and its common uses. Being passionate about digital photography, gaming etc. will come in handy Interest in AI and other emerging tech is a must have. Any specialised training or degree will be appreciated Research or consumer insights background would be a plus, but not a necessity Prior writing/editorial experience will be given consideration Candidates with past experience in qualitative research can also apply Experience with consumer technology brands will be a bonus

The Production Planning Specialist ensures efficient scheduling, coordination, and execution of manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. The role manages new and special orders, issues and tracks work orders, updates MRP data, maintains production forecasts, optimizes inventory levels, and coordinates with production, buyers, and other stakeholders to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency. 4-6 years planning/scheduling experience in an MRP-driven manufacturing environment. DME with 4 years of exp / BE Mechanical or equivalent Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Good understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all departments to ensure positive results. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Travel Requirement: This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: #LI-AG1 Date manage new orders as per procedure Raise work order, communicate with production / workshop / buyers / machine shop to ensure all necessary work is completed Authorised for Manufacturing commit, Accountable MRP MSG (B-0, C-0, D-0, E-0)- Weekly update required on this LTF (value and lines) for 3 month forecast every 26th date of the month. TL-5/special order must be release separately with clear comment and communicate to all department via email. Responsible to release the WO on shop floor as per MRP demand. To study all Tech-sheet and Review the design files. Adhere to standard such as ISO, API-Q1, API-19G1, 19G2 and 19G3 and customer QP to get idea on requirement. Non-moving inventory reduction: every fortnight review stock and send MFG location based on their demand Identify key list of orders and chase up with buyers and planners on these daily Set regular meetings with Raw Material buyer for coming order/critical order required raw materials. Any other tasks requested by the planning supervisor/manager or the manufacturing manager.
