) Guide development of standardized processes for Integrated Project Planning ) Manage a team of Project Planners for development of standard project schedules, WBS structures and progress tracking templates ) Provide inputs for creating/ updating policies and procedures pertaining to resource planning and project monitoring ) Regular review of MIS & Dashboard ) Periodic review of progress project and highlighting of key areas of concern ) Ensure document management for the project ) Ensure capturing of best practices across projects and knowledge sharing across projects ) Monitor project progress and ensure development of catch-up plan if required ) Resolve inter-departmental issues and ensure smooth functioning across teams ) Define clear communication channels and procedures for smooth inter-departmental coordination Show more Show less
