Job Description

  • Project Scheduling. Manager client billing, invoicing, and resolve billing issues.
  • Oversee subcontractor billing, verify claims, and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate billing and contract documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and lead basic contract negotiations.
  • Monitor contract performance and highlight deviations.
  • Implement cost control measures, track project costs, and prepare cost reports.
  • Develop budgets, analyze cost data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.
  • Identify and address scheduling conflicts and delays.
  • Develop detailed site plans and layouts.
  • Coordinate site planning activities with project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with site planning regulations and standards
