Key Skills:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction plans and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Create master schedule of project.
• Coordination with all stakeholders of project and meetings.
• Monitoring the work and highlight the issues / Prepare monthly delay report.
• Forecasting and tracking of critical contract and procurement plan.
• Handling the progress / monitoring app and software.
• Analyze and review construction plans and specifications to ensure they are feasible and can be executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to discuss and resolve any potential design and scheduling issues.
• Monitor on-site construction processes and adjust schedules as required.
• MSP for planning and scheduling tasks mandatory.
• Recommend mitigation strategies for any project delays or other issues that may impact the construction process.
• Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports with accurate status and planned activities.
