Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across departments.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support the allocation of resources and ensure adherence to project budgets.
  • Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes.
