Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the patient admission process, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding of patients in alignment with hospital protocols. Manages a team of front office staff and coordinates with clinical, billing, and insurance teams to ensure excellent patient service and operational efficiency.
