Job Title: Insurance Manager – Four-Wheeler Location: [Vadodara] Department: Insurance / Sales / After Sales Reports To: General Manager / Director Job Summary: The Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the four-wheeler motor insurance business, including both new and renewal policies. This role includes overseeing the end-to-end insurance process, coordinating with insurance companies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue from insurance sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow four-wheeler insurance sales (new and renewal) for the dealership or organization. Coordinate with multiple general insurance companies and brokers for competitive quotations and policy issuance. Supervise and support the insurance team/executives in daily operations and sales targets. Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Handle claims coordination and support customers through the claim settlement process. Monitor IRDAI compliance and ensure all processes are in line with regulations. Maintain relationships with vehicle sales teams to drive bundled insurance sales. Analyze insurance revenue reports and develop strategies to improve conversion rates and profitability. Conduct periodic training sessions for sales and insurance teams on new products and services. Address customer queries, grievances, and provide timely resolutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related field). IRDAI certification mandatory for insurance-related roles. 4–6 years of experience in motor insurance, preferably in the automobile dealership sector. Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficient in MS Office and dealership management software (if applicable).
