Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for residential and commercial projects. Ensure construction work follows plans, drawings, and specifications. Manage labor allocation, attendance, and productivity on-site. Monitor materials usage and maintain inventory records. Ensure safety compliance and maintain a hazard-free work environment. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors for a smooth workflow. Report daily progress and issues to project managers. Skills Required Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices. Ability to read and understand drawings and blueprints. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
