As a Senior Vice President (SVP) in the Career Enhancement Cell, you will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to establish and oversee the Career Counseling function. This role is designed to bring value to employees, clients, and TresVista by providing guidance and support in career development. Your responsibilities will include providing placements support to outgoing and former employees, establishing relationships with key recruiters, managing career plans, and enhancing frameworks and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and managing a framework for processing secondment requirements and ensuring compliance with immigration laws in key western markets. To qualify for this position, you should have 15-18 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. You must possess expertise in building relationships with recruiters, navigating global immigration challenges, and demonstrating emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills. Strong communication, team management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, preferably in HR or management.,
