The Placement Officer / Project Coordinator is responsible for arranging campus interviews and helping interested candidates with job search strategies. The Placement Officer has to work closely with the Operation Dept, Candidates, alumni, and employers to ensure the best placement opportunities are created for Candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approaching to ITI’s, counselling to students and checking the interests of students.
• Processing them for Training.
• Building strong relationships with Service Industries - MSME’s / Manufacturing Industries.
• Identify job / placement opportunities and Apprenticeship programs for students.
• Arrange campus Interviews, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
• Conduct Pre-Placement Sessions
• Provide support to students in resume building, interview Preparation, and professional etiquette.
• Conducting Mock Interviews
• Maintain placement records and prepare reports.
• Connecting with alumni.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in placements
• Strong Industry network.
• Good Communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Job Location: Kolkata

Salary Range: 20k to 40K CTC PM.

TA / DA will be at actual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
