Placement Officer (Male Preffered)

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer to join our team at Avis Worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting students/job seekers with potential employers, developing industry partnerships, and ensuring successful job placements. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals.
• Assist students/job seekers with resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
• Organize job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events.
• Develop and implement effective placement strategies to ensure high employment rates.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
• Maintain placement records and prepare reports on employment trends.
• Keep up-to-date with job market trends and industry demands.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in placement or a related role.
• Age: Between 35 to 40 years.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
• Experience in organizing career-related events is a plus.
