Placement Support and Follow-Up: - Assist trainees in navigating the job application process, including job portal registrations, application submissions, and follow-ups with recruiters. - Monitor trainees progress post-placement, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing any early career challenges. - Maintain a database of placed candidates, employer feedback, and placement metrics to report on program success and identify areas for improvement.
