Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Develop new client accounts (Direct Tier 1 Partners), should be able to identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in UK, and get contract, permanent Staffing Requirements and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients. Well-versed with UK Recruitment life cycle and Staffing. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the companys practice leaders/Principals. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business & manage the team. Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective. Should be able to handle the entire Business Development IT/ Account Management functions. Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth plan approaches and pitches. Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them.

Manage placements, company visits and resume monitoring Promote the courses offered & facilitate industry networking Develop MIS for student placements & collect industry feedback Ensure documentation compliance & assist with student-related tasks Required Candidate profile 10 to 15+ years of experience in Corporate Relations and Placement activities in any university or Edtech company with placement track record of students from School of Law, Design & Management.
