Verify daily maintenance of SMT equipment is performed & Coordinate with engineering or maintenance for machine issues or line changeovers. Complete shift reports, record production data (output, rejects, rework), and participate in daily shift handovers and communicate issues effectively. Support lean manufacturing initiatives and suggest process improvements (5S, Kaizen). Lead root cause analysis for production issues using tools like 5 Whys or Fishbone Diagrams. Enforce ESD and PPE usage and ensure the production area is safe and organized.
