Key Accountabilities Strategic Develop and communicate a clear vision and annual goals for Career Services & Internships aligned with organizational objectives. Guide HoDs in creating and refining process documents and workflows to streamline daily operations. Design, implement, and promote programs that support Career Services & Internship objectives. Operational Lead and manage the Placements & Internships team, offering advice, support, and oversight for daily operations. Recruit and onboard talent to meet departmental human resource needs. Actively participate in tasks that ensure smooth functioning of departmental operations.
