Placement Head / Executives

Role Overview: You will be joining Team Sofcon as a Placement Head / Executive, contributing to bridging the skill gap between Industry and academia. Sofcon is a workplace that fosters innovation, learning, and creativity, with skill development operations in 5 states including Noida, Delhi, Faridabad, Ahmedabad, Baroda, and Pune. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the placement activities for the organization - Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers for student placements - Coordinate with students and employers to ensure successful placements - Conduct placement drives and job fairs to connect students with job opportunities - Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for placements Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a similar role as Placement Head or Placement Executive - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of the industry and job market trends Additional Details: Sofcon is dedicated to creating a work environment where everyone is encouraged to innovate, learn, and explore their creativity.
