Placement Executive (HR Freshers - Male)

As a Placement Executive with 0 to 1 years of experience, your role will involve closely working with candidates and employers to ensure successful job placements. You will be responsible for coordinating with companies to conduct campus drives for college students and facilitating the placement of students in reputed organizations. Additionally, you will organize summer and winter internships in companies that offer potential conversion into final placements. Your duties will also include counseling students regularly to enhance job acceptance rates and collecting job announcements and sharing job details with students promptly. Furthermore, you will arrange skill development training for students, focusing on areas like soft skills, communication, interview skills, and interpersonal skills. Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation with specialization in HR. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in using MS Office suites, especially MS Excel. - Willingness to travel as per professional requirements. - Knowledge of industry demographics will be an added advantage. In addition to the above qualifications, excellent English communication skills are necessary for this role. The working days are 6 days a week, and the job type is full-time with a day shift schedule.
