Job description: The Placement associate drives student placements by organizing job fairs, building employer partnerships, and managing placement processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies to maximize placements. Organize job fairs, campus interviews, and alumni meet-ups. Build strong industry and employer connections. Analyze market trends and recommend course updates. Address student and employer queries, providing solutions. Streamline workflows and implement SOPs. Monitor placement effectiveness and improve processes. Maintain student records and employer feedback. Achieve placement targets and report key metrics. Lead and develop the placement team. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters in a relevant field. Experience in career services, recruitment or ITI placements. Strong networking, leadership, and communication skills. Familiarity with resume building, interview prep, and career counseling. Role: Placement Associate Location: Entire Maharashtra Salary: 5Lpa to 5.4 Lpa. Experience: Min 3 years in same domain.
