The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling stock maintenance, purchase and sales entries, and managing branch accounts. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update stock records with accuracy and timeliness. Record and process all purchase and sales transactions. Manage and reconcile branch accounts, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy. Prepare and verify vouchers, ledgers, and invoices as per company procedures. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors for accounting matters. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Skills and Competencies: Tally accounting software (Prime / ERP). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Effective communication and coordination abilities. Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / BBA with specialization in Accounting or Finance).
