Key Responsibilities: WMi Implementation & Support: Implement end-to-end WMi projects , ensuring smooth integration with Transportation management Systems (TMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) . Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve WMi system issues. Work with vendors to resolve software-related issues . Provide off-hours support including weekends, holidays, and rotational on-call duties System Integration & Development: Ensure proper integration of WMi with other technical teams and systems.
