The role also involves mentoring and training nursing staff, as well as participating in critical care management and medicine administration. Qualifications Skills in Nursing Management, Nursing, and Patient Care Experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine Strong leadership and team-coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make decisive healthcare decisions Relevant nursing certifications and a bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field Experience in healthcare administration or supervisory roles is a plus
