Job Description: Business Development Executive Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Open Positions: 4 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to leverage digital and AI-driven tools for lead generation, client relationship management, and business expansion. Selected candidates will first undergo a 3–6 month internship , followed by a 1-year full-time on-site commitment with PixxyDev Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Utilize CRM and AI-powered tools (e.g., HubSpot, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) for lead generation, communication, and performance optimization. Conduct presentations, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into successful deals. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings based on client insights. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth avenues. Working Conditions Internship (For Freshers): A mandatory internship of 3–6 months is required for freshers. Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered a full-time position with a minimum 1-year commitment starting after the internship period. Direct Employment (For Experienced Candidates): Candidates with relevant experience may be directly hired as full-time employees. A 1-year commitment is mandatory from the date of joining. Work Mode: On-site presence is mandatory at our Jamnagar office. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or client relations, or freshers with strong communication and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi. Basic understanding of marketing strategies, client acquisition, and CRM tools. Familiarity with AI tools for outreach, automation, and performance tracking. Proactive, persuasive, and results-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
