What You&aposll Do Apply your strong expertise in TypeScript and modern development practices to drive game development. Script, animate, manage sessions, and handle textures for interactive applications and games. Optimize memory and space to ensure high performance and efficiency. Act as a technical role model, providing direction and resolution during critical situations. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, prioritizing business and team objectives. Engage regularly with global collaborators to understand project requirements, evaluate changes, and ensure timely delivery. Provide technical leadership and support throughout the Software Development Process (SDLC) for high-quality product releases. Assist team members in resolving technical issues, minimizing disruption to development timelines. Mentor, coach, and train the team members to develop continuous learning and professional growth. Work closely with local and global leads/managers to plan, estimate, and complete project tasks successfully. Perform peer code reviews to uphold high code quality, share knowledge, and follow standard methodologies. What We&aposre Looking For 4+ years of work experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Validated experience with game development frameworks/libraries such as Phaser or PIXI.js is a plus. Strong attention to detail and passion for game UI/UX design, animation, and gameplay mechanics. Ability to guide the team in implementing features and maintaining high standards of code and design quality. Excellent interpersonal skills to efficiently collaborate with collaborators and team members.
