Job Summary: We are seeking a courteous, well-organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at a Medical Radiology and Diagnostic Center. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and assisting in maintaining a smooth workflow between departments. Key Responsibilities: · Greet patients and visitors professionally and courteously. · Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings (telephonic, walk-in, and online). · Register patients accurately in the system and verify referral documents, details, and identification. · Coordinate patient flow with radiologists and technicians to reduce wait times. · Maintain and update appointment schedules, cancellations, and rescheduling. · Collect consultation and diagnostic service payments; issue receipts and maintain billing records. · Assist patients with pre-scan instructions and general guidance. · Handle medical report distribution (hard copy/email) and guide patients regarding follow-ups. · Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with local data protection laws. · Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area. · Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff for efficient patient management. · Escalate patient concerns or complaints to the appropriate authority promptly. Qualifications & Skills: · Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred. · Experience: 1–2 years in a healthcare setup (radiology/diagnostic center preferred). · Technical Skills: Familiarity with clinic/hospital management software; basic MS Office skills. · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language. · Other Skills: o Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. o Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. o Attention to detail and organizational skills. o Professional appearance and behavior.
