About the Company: Pixel Commerce is a growing eCommerce-based company managing online product sales and customer interactions. We have a dedicated sales team, and our Customer Support Executive acts as the bridge between customers and the company to ensure a smooth post-sales experience. Job Description: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can professionally handle customer queries related to orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues. The candidate will also coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions for all customer concerns. Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer calls and messages related to: • Order status and delivery delays • Returns, refunds, and exchange requests • Payment or product-related issues • Escalations when customers don’t receive a response from the sales team - Maintain polite and professional communication with customers. - Log all customer queries and resolutions systematically. - Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to close issues promptly. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and prevent repeat issues. - Support the sales team by managing after-sales communication and feedback. Skills Required: - Strong communication skills in Tamil and Telugu (mandatory). - Basic knowledge of eCommerce operations (training will be provided). - Good listening and problem-solving skills. - Computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM tools). - Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
