The Assistant Manager in the Compliance Department will serve as an Assistant Company Secretary, providing comprehensive support to the Company Secretary in managing compliance related to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Companies Act, 2013, Prevention of Insider Trading, and other Secretarial matters. Responsibilities include filing and registering documents, drafting letters and resolutions, advising on secretarial matters, assisting in governing Board & shareholders meetings, and maintaining custody of secretarial documents. Handle M&A deals and maintain the companys legal and compliance structure. Candidate Profile: 20+ years of relevant experience with IPO execution.
