Role & responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Prepare project execution plans, schedules (MS Project/Primavera), and budgets. Lead project kick-off meetings, site mobilization, and implementation strategy. Oversee design reviews, approvals, and change management processes. 2. Team & Stakeholder Management Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff at multiple project sites. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Liaise with clients and internal leadership to provide regular updates. 3. Resource Management Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, machinery) for timely execution. Monitor procurement schedules and ensure material availability. Approve subcontractor selection and performance evaluations. 4. Cost, Quality & Time Control Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Implement QA/QC systems and enforce construction quality standards. Ensure timely project delivery as per defined milestones. 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to statutory regulations (building codes, labor laws, environmental norms). Oversee health & safety compliance across all project sites. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, contracts, and records. Address and resolve project delays, conflicts, or disputes promptly. Preferred candidate profile
