As an experienced individual with a Diploma/ITI qualification and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years specifically in E3D, you will be responsible for various tasks related to piping modeling, equipment modeling, and support modeling on E3D software. This position is on a contract basis for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Your primary duties will include creating detailed piping models using E3D, developing equipment models within the software, and providing support in modeling tasks using E3D. Your expertise in E3D software and hands-on experience in the field will be crucial in successfully fulfilling these responsibilities. You will be responsible for piping modeling and detailing in Cadworks plant, including a strong understanding of supports. Your tasks will involve detailing supports, support design using Cadworx, spec generation, and developing piping layouts. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and review pipe support, material take off, valve list, and specialty piping items datasheets. Furthermore, your role will include support quantification, checking and resolving clashes in the model, reviewing Equipment/Piping GA, Isometric, and Support drawings, as well as Vendor drawings and Structural GA's. You will need to coordinate with the process discipline for changes in P & ID process, and with Stress engineers for stress critical lines and support design with loads. Daily report submission will be a part of your routine tasks, and fluency in English is required for effective communication.
