As a SSH-CTM-PS-ANJ-Pipes & Steel at Welspun, your job purpose is to act as a bridge between the plant maintenance team and IT SAP Technical support. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into SAP functional understanding and integrating with operations and quality. - Coordinate with the Project team to understand business needs and provide SAP support - Ensure timely maintenance of masters in the SAP system and keep them updated - Address PS tickets according to SLA - Audit the SAP-PS process regularly and implement SAP best practices - Conduct SAP PS module related training programs - Drive digital initiatives in the PM area - Collaborate with internal and external agencies for coordination - Proficiency in master data management for PS module and WBS structuring - Basic level configuration in SAP PS and key data structure for PM - Provide L0 & L1 level support to the plant maintenance team - Address new requirements and assist in business reporting Welspun World is a rapidly growing global conglomerate in India with diverse businesses in Home Textiles, Flooring Solutions, Advanced Textiles, DI Pipes, Pig Iron, TMT bars, Stainless Steel, Alloy, Line Pipes, Infrastructure & Warehousing.
