As a finance professional in this role, you will be responsible for various key functions including Budgeting and Forecasting, MIS Reporting, Long-term Planning, Pipeline and Deal Structuring, Team Management, and Process and Technology enhancements. Your primary responsibilities will include revenue and margin budgeting, rolling forecasts, tracking actuals against plans, conducting variance analysis, and providing insights to the business and CEO office. You will also be tasked with preparing monthly MIS reports, analyzing business KPIs, and identifying trends across different regions. Standardizing management reporting across the group will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will manage the end-to-end annual budgeting process, collaborate with various teams to prepare 3 to 5-year budgets, and conduct what-if analyses to support long-term planning efforts. Additionally, your role will involve overseeing pipeline governance, analyzing pipeline metrics, and collaborating with pre-sales teams to structure multi-year deals. Team management will also be a significant part of your responsibilities, including managing a team of finance professionals, handling hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You will also be involved in process and technology enhancements, aiming to automate manual processes, evaluate tools for reporting automation, and develop dashboards for self-service purposes. To qualify for this position, you should be a qualified CA with over 15 years of experience, preferably with experience in BU finance roles. Experience in technology refresh initiatives or rolling out new tools in the FP&A space will be considered a plus.
