As the Director, Regional Marketing, you will be leading the APAC marketing strategy, planning, and execution of regional marketing programs to drive pipeline acquisition and growth while supporting revenue targets across all market segments. Your primary focus will be managing and deploying the entire marketing mix for your region, building strong relationships with Sales leadership and teams. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing Regional Marketers to drive deep relationships with the sales organization, collaborating with regional Sales leadership and global marketing counterparts to create a growth plan, and guiding the digital marketing strategy with a focus on understanding and adapting to regional trends. You will also be responsible for developing and executing Account Based Marketing programs, influencing effective campaigns, amplifying the organization's brand through PR and social strategies, and implementing innovative Customer Marketing approaches. Additionally, you will guide the strategy for channel partners and global systems integrators, maintain communication channels between Global Marketing teams and Sales teams, lead program implementation, track ROI, and manage the marketing budget for the region. Qualifications for this role include 15+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing, proven success in creating go-to-market plans, a strong understanding of MarTech platforms, project management skills, and the ability to travel >20% of the time.
