Job Description

Position: Pipe Fitter – Shipyard

Location: [Specify Location – e.g., Kochi / Kattupally / Vizag]
Experience: Minimum 3 years in shipyard or marine industry
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Fit, assemble, and install piping systems in vessels or ship structures.
Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and thread pipes using proper tools and equipment.
Conduct pressure and leak tests to ensure pipe system integrity.
Coordinate with welders and supervisors for alignment and installation.
Follow all shipyard safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shipyard or marine fabrication.
Knowledge of marine piping systems and materials.
Ability to work under supervision and in confined spaces.
Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Salary: Based on experience and company standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300.00 - ₹1,600.00 per day
