Market penetration including PR activities and promoting PPZ in new cities and areas of growth Client retention and relationship building This position would require extensive travel across India every month. 2. Client retention and relationship building To leverage on current client base To expand our services to other asset classes 3. Documentation Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties Coordinate with project heads for raising invoices as and when required Follow up on the outstanding payments 4. Key Interactions Directors: Day to day updates on project meetings, billing, client issues, plans etc. Finance and Legal: Business plan, document evaluation and billing Developers / Clients: To nurture relationship and generate new leads

Identify and pitch potential sponsors for festive campaigns, summer initiatives, and large-scale live events across all assets Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and Negotiate sponsorship deals to maximize revenue Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to integrate sponsor requirements seamlessly into campaigns Forge alliances with publications, media houses, embassies, consulates, and cultural organizations to enhance campaign reach and credibility Partner with retailers, event agencies, ticketing platforms, fine dining aggregators, and other relevant entities to amplify event scale and engagement Liaise with marketing, operations, and asset teams to ensure sponsorship and alliance strategies are aligned across all properties
