Job Summary: We are seeking motivated Tele caller Sales Executives to join our real estate team. The primary role is to connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, schedule site visits or meetings and meet all Sales Targets. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Cold call leads, set appointments, close deals. Meet sales targets through effective communication. Maintain customer database, update records. Present property features, answer questions. Client Interaction: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about properties. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management. Qualify leads and maintain a pipeline of interested clients. Relationship Building: Develop strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and suggest appropriate property options. Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange property site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution. Follow up with clients after visits to gather feedback and close deals. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer details. Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance and lead conversion rates.
