Solution Architect - SRE/DevOps/Platform Engineering Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing technology infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency across systems. Responsibilities Architecture Design and Implementation Design and implement scalable, resilient, and highly available infrastructure solutions using cloud technologies and best practices, leveraging tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions. Talent Identification Conduct advanced Boolean searches across job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms. 2. Initial Outreach & Engagement Craft personalized outreach messages to candidates to capture attention and drive engagement. 3. Pre-qualification (Light Screening) Conduct light screening to assess interest, availability, and basic qualifications. Pass qualified leads to recruiters with complete documentation. 4. Sourcing Pipeline Management Maintain warm pipelines with periodic check-ins for future openings. Provide weekly sourcing metrics (e.g., profiles reviewed, messages sent, response rates, leads delivered). Collaboration with Recruiters 1. Intake Alignment Participate in intake meetings alongside recruiters. Clarify job requirements, sourcing strategies, and target companies. 2. Regular Syncs Join weekly or bi-weekly syncs to review sourcing progress. Collaborate via shared dashboards or candidate trackers. Incorporate recruiter feedback on candidate quality for continuous improvement. 3. Clear Handoff Process Follow defined standards for passing leads (interest confirmed and requirements met). Submit consistent documentation including resume, candidate summary, compensation, and location details. 4. Communication Channels Use Slack (or equivalent) channels for real-time updates and quick adjustments. Coordinate tool usage (e.g., Zoho or ATS access) as needed. Sample Workflow Recruiter opens a new requisition → Sourcer joins intake. Sourcer builds initial list of 50–100 candidates. Recruiter reviews top 10 profiles for calibration.
