Program Operations Management Conduct regular classroom sessions and observe student engagement, teacher participation, and the integration of maker activities into the schools learning framework. Coordinate with teachers, facilitators, and school administrators to ensure smooth delivery of maker education programs. Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of maker classes, collecting data through observations, surveys, and student feedback to inform improvements. Partnership & Collaboration Build and maintain collaborative relationships with school staff, parents, and local community members to enhance the reach and impact of maker education at School. Collaborate with the program design team to introduce innovative teaching methods and optimize the learning experience for students. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, education, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in makerspace management, education, or program operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools (3D printers, CNC machines, laser cutters) and platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and IoT. Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. Other Requirements : Passion for education, hands-on learning, and the ability to multitask while managing a dynamic maker space environment.
