Develop a global 1-3 year road map for Identity and Access Management for in-store, above store, and consumer facing technologies. Qualifications IAM Subject Matter Expertise with at least 10 - 12 years on operations, implementation and development experience integrating security solution w/ business application and processes. Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams with responsibility for Global IAM operations A deep understanding of Identity and Access Management Architecture and Operations is required. Proven experience with IBM Security (or comparable IAM solutions) and Active Directory required. Knowledge of Web Services Architecture, SSO and Federation is required along with the knowledge of security and Java J2EE specification, Struts, WSDL, Web 2.0/WSRP. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience o OR 7+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience. o OR equivalent experience Language Qualification English Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking. Preferred Qualifications: Solid technical expertise in VMware technologies such as NSX-T, HCX, vCenter, vSAN, vMotion, and High Availability, supported by one or more VMware certifications. vCloud Director and/or ARIA is strongly desired. Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, NAT, and the OSI Model, along with hands-on experience using tools like ping, tracert, tracemon, and tcpdump. Well-versed in virtualization concepts, contributing to efficient and scalable infrastructure solutions. Openness to providing weekend coverage when needed. Familiarity with LDAP, Security, and Operating System Internals is a strong asset. Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud components such as Network, Compute, and Storage is highly valued. Holding a Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter. Responsibilities Response and Resolution: You own, investigate, and solve complex customer technical issues and act as an advisor to the customer, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices. Readiness: You lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others. You deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness. Product/Process Improvement: You engage with Microsoft Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.
